In 2007 Entropic participated in the Underbelly Festival, collaborating with film-maker Dan Jameison for an improvised performance at the new Carriageworks performance space in Eveleigh, Sydney. We were also busy working with young creative people for the production of ‘A City Of Shadows And Ice’, an initiative of Shopfront Theatre. The outdoor performance combined music, dance, poetry animation and parkour.
In 2008 Entropic will be saying farewell to Oliver Smith, our bass player for the past six years, and welcoming Hal Strewe into the fold, to take care of the lower frequencies. We’re also making final preparations for a new album to be recorded in April, and have been out road-testing our new material.
